Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered within up to 5 business days.
Other Governorates: Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience with GZURE simple and transparent.

Try-On at Delivery: You’re welcome to try your items when they arrive. If you decide to return anything on the spot, the return shipping cost will be applied.
After Delivery: Once the courier departs, returns and refunds are no longer accepted.
Pre-Order Pieces: Pre-order items cannot be tried on upon delivery but can be exchanged if needed.
